Who and how
Here is my personal selection of Citroen DS links. It is intentionally limited, to those sites which
I consider:
- are unique, original, and bring something really new and valuable to the knowledge and
preservation of the DS;
- might help the DS owner or amateur in Asia in some way or another;
- are well-conceived, well-written and regularly updated;
- reactive, meaning we get an answer when we contact them.

Unfortunately, most French sites, if not all, are in French only... but online automatic translation
tools should be able to help you.

(France) A very complete site by "Docteur Danche", a
real pleasure to read; the ultimate reference for the DS
original colours, and many, many pages on specific
technical subjects. Also the most complete collection of
"tuned" DS, but I am not sure you really want to see that...
http://www.nuancierds.fr
(Switzerland) Othello's site is the most complete
concerning the specific features of the earliest DS,
including those still in existence. He also restores cars,
and has uploaded thousands of photos.
http://www.citrothello.net
http://www.ideale-ds-france.com
(France) IDéaleDS, one of France's (too) many DS clubs,
is still in the process of completing its website. Its forum
can nevertheless be helpful if you have questions,
concerning DS specifications, parts or restorations for
instance.
http://www.citroenet.org.uk
(UK) Julian Marsh is a veteran DS webmaster, and his
site has loads of information about Citroen's cars, their
history, specifications and much more.
(Italy) The most impressive collection of Citroen-related
papers on the Net, by Piero: owner handbooks,
brochures, catalogs, advertising, photos, press-kit
pictures, articles from books, magazines, accessories,
dealers' internal documentation, post cards, movies etc,
from all countries and for the full range. Not exactly
user-friendly, but worth taking aside a few hours !
http://www.lesds.it/
(Italy) One of the best generalist DS sites around, very
well designed. Nice photos, and many technical and
other documents to download.
http://citroenclubduperche.free.fr/
(France) Some interesting pages about DS memorabilia
on the website of this French local Citroen club, managed
by Didier Blin.
And by the way, if you want
to mention my site in yours
(thanks !), and need a logo,
how about this one:
